She treated us like family and we could not be happier with EVERYTHING she has done for us! Norma was very nice and helpful, she showed us a variety of homes and helped to talk us through the pros and cons of each one. She provided us with several options of homes to buy that she found as well as helping us get information on homes we found as well. She was very flexible and was able to get us into a home to look at it very quickly, even on the same day within hours that we had expressed interest. Once we found the one that we wished to buy she was helpful and informative in talking to the owners and getting the information that we needed to try and purchase it. We were able to get the house and have been very satisfied with the whole experience.
