RoseAnn prides herself on her solid negotiation skills which allows her to take great pride in capturing the best for her clients whether buying or selling. Prior to transitioning to Real Estate she excelled with as the region's top General Manager for one of the largest health club chains in Arizona. She managed all operations of the business including working with over 70 employees, managers, sales associates and customers in many facets of the business including the financial spreadsheets. This experience further exposed her to the necessary skills, experience, and knowledge, to remain on top of market trends and best practices in real estate. As a former restaurant owner, RoseAnn understands the importance of customer service and attention to detail when working with the public.

This attention to detail and care of her clients has allowed RoseAnn the comfort of working in the real estate industry for over two decades. This did not go unnoticed, during the down turn of the market after the housing bubble several major banks and asset managers (Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Bank of New York, Chase and Premier Asset Services) contacted RoseAnn and her team to help them with their pre-foreclosure and foreclosure inventory. This position was one of great respect in the industry as an industry leader. Team Patterson Homes transitioned default homeowners in despair and hopelessness to hopefulness in negotiating a clear exit strategy that provided them an opportunity while keeping their dignity intact. In most cases, she negotiated cash for keys for the homeowners and a hope for the future by relocating them into rental homes. After the successful relocation, RoseAnn and her team swiftly moved into managing the property for the bank and seeing the home through full clean up, remodel, properly assessing true property value through Broker Price Opinion, marketing strategies that created multiple buyer interests, and finally seeing the property through the negotiations of the offers and closing.
