Active Realtor for 16+ years in AZ and 4+ years in Canada.  I have worked extensively with baby boomers and second home buyers, primarily in Maricopa, but also other areas in the south east valley including Chandler, Awhatukee, and Scottsdale.  I have 4 years experience working for Corporations in Corporate Relocation giving me a broad range of understaning the contract and negotiating process across the country.

I bring a wealth of experience to the table, but most important, I offer superior customer service to my clients.  My clients are not just buying a house; they are buying a home whether it is their primary residence or second home.  I appreciate not only the financial impact in purchasing a home, but also the emotional factors involved and take an interest in my clients throughout the whole process.

I have listed numerous homes, both in active adult communities and family communities and worked through the marketing and negotiating process to successful completion.  Being a homeowner myself, I understand the attachment that we all have to our homes.  I will offer a fair and equitable evaluation with sensitivity to my clients' needs.

 With several builders now in our community, I have represented many buyers seeking a move in ready new home or buyers seeking to have a new home built.  I will guide you each step through the process from the builders sales office to the design center to closing.
