Mike was wonderful to work with. He was patient as I narrowed my search and responded quickly when I asked questions or wanted to see a house. Not only did he know a lot about the houses in the areas I was interested in, he knew about the neighborhoods (traffic, nearest grocery, good restaurants, average utilities, etc.). He’s also funny and easygoing, which I found calming during the stressful parts of the buying process. One of my favorite things about Mike was that he didn’t offer his opinions until I’d had a chance to share mine. When we were looking at a house, for example, I’d point out what I liked/disliked and then he’d give his professional opinion and walk me through any questions/concerns I had. I always felt I was in the driver’s seat, with an ace navigator.I highly recommend Mike if you’re buying a home.
