  Since 2011, I have been helping clients buy, sell and invest in Phoenix Real Estate as Realtor. My personal approach and knowledge of the market helps make the transaction easy and professional. In addition to my deep connections throughout the Phoenix real estate community, I am the founder of sunnychess.com, teaching young minds strategy through the game of Chess.

   I like to win (for my clients) but do so with a calm demeanor and a smile. I live in a Arcadia area with my beautiful wife and two sons 7 and 10 year old. I am a good person to ask for food, chess, hiking and travel tips.

   I graduated from the University of Kiril and Metodij in Skopje, Macedonia and I hold Arts in Teaching Philosophy Bachelor. In terms of real estate, my education is never complete. As a licensed Realtor, I continually invest time, money and thought into the latest sales, marketing and negotiation techniques.
