I was referred to Ms. Holbert through friends when I decided to relocate from Colorado to Arizona.
Ms. Holbert, (Becky),listened to my list of "wants", outlined areas of potential house hunting and then showed me many different properties. Through our conversations, we were able to identify the most important criteria for my new home, and manage the search so that we were able to see many properties.
Ultimately, I discovered I didn't really want to be close to my work, but rather that I wanted a quiet place with a yard for my canine companions, with enough room inside for family and friends.
Because Becky has been in real estate for many years, I benefitted greatly from her contacts in the mortgage finance world, contacts to assist with little changes that were mine to make and I learned a lot about the Phoenix area as we scouted the "for sales" in my desired area.
Becky was/is organized, and was able to assist with getting the chosen property to closing within 21 days-which is an accomplishment anywhere!
I would describe our relationship as one of "friends with benefits" and highly recommend Ms. Holbert and her real estate team for fast, efficient management of anyone's property needs, whether buying, selling or renting!
