My background includes over 3 decades of real estate sales as well as ownership of single family, multi-family residential, industrial and storage properties. I obtained my license in 1979 in Wyoming and was very active with the Wyoming Association of Realtors until 1996 when I relocated to the Phoenix, Arizona area. While in Wyoming I was a local board president, Regional Vice-President to the Wyoming Association and a GRI governor for many years. I also purchased and managed many residential rental properties while in Wyoming.
Upon relocating to Arizona I owned and managed 54 rental properties which I later exchanged for a commercial flex building and a mini storage property. I am familiar with many aspects of the real estate business from buying or selling your personal home to evaluating cash flows on investment properties and completing 1031 exchanges.
