For my clients, I will:
- Listen to make sure I understand their goals and objectives.
- Explain the home-selling or home-buying process thoroughly.
- Provide buyers at least two comparable market analyses, so they are comfortable with the sales price.
- Show buyers as many homes as they need to make an educated decision.
- Email buyers new listings as soon as they come on the market.
- Monitor closing process for buyers, so they meet all deadlines.
- Actively market the sellers’ home, using all means available.
- Monitor their home’s interest and share all showing feedback with them.
- Negotiate on my clients’ behalf.
- Communicate consistently with clients, so they know what to expect next.
10 Do’s and Don’ts During the Mortgage Process
- Don’t apply for new credit of any kind.
- Do keep all existing credit card accounts open.
- Don’t MAX OUT or overcharge credit cards.
- Do maintain your employment at current job.
- Don’t consolidate debt to one or two cards.
- Do pay off collections, judgments, tax liens.
- Don’t make any large purchases.
- Do stay current on your existing accounts.
- Don’t make any large deposits into your accounts.
- Do call me for the name of a good loan officer!
