            Obtain Pre-Qualification to Buy from a Lender.  This will make your offer stronger and is required when I find your home.

             I will set up a computer search for your home requirements to save you time in looking and finding your home.

BOTH Buyer and Seller:  Prepare and start as far in advance as possible. 

           Buyer needs to be pre-qualified.  Some time may be needed to improve your credit score for a better loan.

           Seller needs to make the home show its best.

 

For the Seller:
