Expectations Exceeded      AGAIN

 

My wife Cary and I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Christine Labelle for over 20 years. And over those 20 plus years and multiple deals, Christine has been our go to Real Estate advisor and agent. But it is our latest transaction that I would like to praise Christine on.

We had a special property out in Rio Verde Arizona. A large home on five acres and no water do to an uncooperative well. On top of that someone ( yes me ) decided to build a 1500 sq ft shop out back and not get a permit. 

It took Christine only a few weeks to find buyers for our home. This is where the fun began. The new buyers were very thorough and had a mold test done. To our surprise we had mold in an outside A/C closet. Christine found a company to remediate the mold. On top of that she some how found the only person in city permits that could get our shop permitted quickly, and she did both of these tasks in the two weeks we had left before closing. 

One last thing, our buyers agent was shall we say less than professional, always trying to work or sneak something else in to the deal. Christine was always there to go toe to toe with this agent, always watching out for us and our interest.

It is very rare that I’m impressed by people these days in our fast paced, me first society.

Christine Labelle has exceeded those expectations. AGAIN

New Development: District at The Quarter

One of the largest residential clusters in Scottsdale could start taking shape very soon if developers have their way. Two developers- JLB Partners and Kaplan Management- are proposing a mixed use center near Scottsdale Quarter which would include a five-story residential complex containing 301 units. Scottsdale Marketplace will also include several shops and restaurants. In addition, the developers are seeking apporval for another four-story complex with 644 apartments on the northeastern corner of Greenway-Hayden Road and 74th st.
