Listed and sold a home
I couldn't be happier with service Robbie Schwartz provided to my family, and she set a high bar for other agents. Stellar service for me is the threshold, and with Robbie I found someone who looked out for my family, and I feel like I've made a friend.We met Robbie a few years ago, and she helped us buy our house. In our purchase transaction, Robbie provided invaluable market information, and astute strategic advice. Robbie was an excellent advocate, and kept track of details that I don't think other agents would have tracked. She actually caught the sellers' agent altering portions of a signed contract. Perhaps its the lawyer in her! In all, I felt like my transaction was the most important thing to her, and that she treated it as if it were her own.We had to unexpectedly relocate less than two years later, and we were so impressed with her on the purchase that we didn't even think of using another agent. Our sale was somewhat complicated, and it didn't help that I left my working wife and flock of kids in the state to stage and sell a house. I even tried to talk Robbie out of taking the assignment because I knew it wouldn't be much fun. She wouldn't hear it - she took the challenge on and exceeded our expectations once again.
