STRONG DUI ENFORCEMENT ANTICIPATED IN CAVE CRTEEK THROUGH THE HOLIDAYS

A Maricopa County DUI Enforcement van parked at the  District 4 Substation  in Cave Creek on Thursday, December 26th has fueled speculation that there could be a dui checkpoint expected in the area over this last December weekend and/or New Year holiday. 

While not a frequent occurrence, DUI checkpoints along Cave Creek Road north of Lowes’ Home Store are not unheard of, particularly on busy holidays and weekends. 

With the average Arizona DUI incurring an average $10,000 in fines and attorneys’ fees, please consider using Lyft or Uber to and from your holiday celebrations and have a safe and Happy New Year!
