Cave Creek continues commercial boom

The
vacant parcel of land located at the southwest corner of Cave Creek and Westland Roads has been scraped of vegetation in preparation for sale and development.
The 1.7-acre parcel is directly across Westland road from the nursery and was the subject of controversy some years ago when prospective buyers were seeking approval for a dance academy to be built there.
The land, which is for sale at 1 million per acre, will need to be rezoned commercial from desert rural residential before any development commences.
The owner of this parcel also sold the land where the new Abrazzo hospital is located on Carefree Highway and 53rd Street.
