You guys!!! Of all the houses I have toured and held open, this one is my favorite of all time! Seriously! Run, don't walk to take a peak at this house. It has everything and it has it remodeled to the nines... or tens... this one feels like home. The one you sigh in releif after a busy day, enjoy the sunrise in the front while chatting with your neighbors, watch the sunset from the back patio while the dog chases the kids around the yard. This is the IT home.

Review:

  • Could I see myself living here? Oh heck yes!!! I LOVE this house. The first thing I did after my first tour was to call Paul (my partner in life and business) and tell him how much I want this house. It'll comfortably fit and give privacy to all 7 of us with ample storage, comfort, and entertaining. It was so well remodeled with attention to detail, functionality, and conveys the feeling of being a place to rest your weary self at the end of a busy day. 
  • If there is anything I would change/add it would be to lighten the powder room (too dark for me,) add a second washer and dryer set to the garage because 2 are better than one for our family size, and add a second dishwasher to the kitchen because dishes are the devil. Is that picky? Yeah? I'm picky. I love this house!

Review:

  • Could I see myself living here? I honestly have to say no to this one. It has so many great features, but the smaller primary bedroom, and the single stall garage are deal breakers for me. Outside of that, all 7 of us wouldn't fit in this house, unless we converted the garage into another bedroom, but that leaves no covered parking for us. I WOULD LOVE to take all 3 bathrooms with me though, all 3 are amazing and the finishes are completely my style. The soaker tub in the primary bathroom is a MUST. The finishes throughout the house are top notch. If you don't need a large primary bedroom, or garage, this home is calling your name.

Review:

  • Could I see myself living here? Yes. There is enough space for all 7 of us, each offspring could even have their own room with a little more work downstairs. It's a great space for entertaining, and can easilty transition the party inside and outside with the french doors and kitchen window open. The flooring isn't my personal favorite, but I do like that it is consistent throughout. The baseboards are all large, though some need a little TLC to look top notch again. This beautiful home has been lived in and loved and that might be my favorite thing about it.

Market Update 1/24/24

The market has been cooling over time and prices have recently flattened. Despite the consistent decrease in Market Action Index (MAI), we’re in a Seller’s Market (where significant demand leaves little inventory available). If the MAI begins to climb, prices will likely follow suit. If the MAI drops consistently or falls into the Buyer’s zone, watch for downward pressure on prices. -Cromford Report
