Brian did an outstanding job in assisting in the sale of my home. The high quality of the listing photos and videos were out of this world. He was available whenever I had questions and walked me through everything. In addition to selling my home, Brian helped me find a new home and his knowledge of the area made all the difference.

I attempted to purchase an acre and a half and somehow I ended up with much less than one acre. Every single time I tried to pull a permit with my home builder the size of my land and parcel would change at the county assessor's office. The lot was advertised as an acre and a half on realtor.com. At no point before the close of the sale did Brian inform me that I was getting less than an acre. Getting less than an acre in that zone greatly depreciates the value of the land because it does not allow me to own livestock. I don't feel like Brian fought for me I feel like Brian fought for a commission.

Brian did an amazing job with selling our house of 25,years. He gave us very thoughtful guidance on upgrades that would make a difference and we sold very quickly in a declining market at much higher than we expected. He was always there for us from start to finish!

Brian was great! The week we started looking for a larger home, the perfect one happened to come onto the market. We were also leaving town that weekend, but Brian was able to get us in to see the home with only about a days notice. We loved the place, so Brian was able to walk us through our offer remotely. He was able to negotiate a final price under asking with the maximum concessions, about $19K towards closing costs. When we were ready to sell our condo, he was able to get a great price even in a down turning market. He was so professional and everything went so smoothly, I highly recommend him!

I have closed on a 1000sqft condo in a community South Scottsdale with Brian in July 2023, yes, even in the heat of summer, you can get a great sale.To be precise with this deal: The whole time, I wasn't even in town and was able to close remotely. It can be done with remote notaries and even online notaries are accepted. He checked the property after cleaning and really went above an beyond to provide the best experience for me as a seller while also being reasonable with the negotiation with the buyer. I was very happy with the selling price and the money was promptly on my bank account. I am also not from the US and needed to be educated about a lot of things but Brian took the time and explained it to me, so I understand. There is a bit more paperwork for non-US people but he is prepared to handle these situations as well.Here are some of the highlights I look back to on the sale with Brian:- Personal meet & greet- Home visit (so he actually knows what he's selling and can answer questions potential clients can have rather than forwarding everything to me and creating additional work for me)- Organizing a cleaning crew and making sure it's actually cleaned- Organizing a fantastic photographer for the listing- Putting the property on the market - I almost wanted to buy my own property when seeing it shine on various platforms- Immediately sharing offers once available. The part I liked the most was that any questions (either legal language or explanation of terms and conditions) will be explained, so you also know what you agree upon in practical terms- Giving advice to first time sellers about what's common practice and also what's not common to agree with the buyer.- Very fast response and interaction- Organizing a title company and bringing the deal across the finish line with no hassle.Definitely reach out to him if you have any real-estate to buy or to sell. He is really good!One tip when selling: give him everything you know which has happened or which has been done on the condo (improvements, repairs, insurance claims etc.). The more he knows the better he can serve potential buyers and the higher are the chances of a successful sale.
