1. Get pre-approved 

 -- You'll first want to do this so you have an idea of what you are able to purchase and so you don't miss out on getting the home of your dreams. I have contacts that you will be able to "interview" to see what will be the best fit for YOU 

2. Once pre-approved, do not make any large purchases that could ruin your credit. If there is something you are absolutely needing contact your loan officer to see if its a smart choice 

3. You DON'T need 20% to use as a down payment. 

4. Don't settle! Look at as many homes as you need to. This is a huge investment. Its gotta be perfect for you and your family. 

5. Remember, using me as your Agent, you don't pay commissions. The seller handles that 

Home Seller Tips:

1. De-clutter. De-cluttering makes your home look great in the photos but it also makes the house more desirable for people to look at. It helps buyers picture their lives in the home. 

2. Deep clean 

3. Make needed repairs. Doing this in the beginning will make the process quicker and easier. Most buyers dont want to walk into a situation where they have to make large repairs. 

4. Curb Appeal. Make sure the landscape is done.

5. Light candles, have glade plug ins, anything that will make the house smell fresh and clean anytime someone views the house.
