Jessie  Laux

I became a licensed  Realtor in AZ  October 2014.   Each  year  I've been  recognize   for  my production  and my  ranking  has  increased  each  year;  this  past year  I made   HomeSmart's "Diamond Club".   I  was  born into a military  family  (go  Army!)  and  lived  in  Germany,  Italy,  and  parts  of the US before I turned 20. Growing up as an Army brat (moving every year or two) taught me people skills  that I use to this very  day. One of my most important people skills  is communication and  as a Realtor communicating  (especially  what's  not expressed verbally)  helps  me  find  the right  house for  my  client(s).

My husband and  I moved to Sun City  West from Orlando,  Florida in 2007, to be closer to family;  my  parents have  lived  in Sun City  West since  1993  and  my  husband's family lives  in California.  Since  moving to Sun City  West,  we've renovated  three of our  own homes  and over  twenty friends' homes  which gives  me  the knowledge and  experience to talk about various renovation  options  home  buyers  can consider when looking to purchase a home  in this community.
