Welcome to coastal San Diego county! Searching for a new place to call home is both exciting and nerve wracking.  Home means many things to many people and for some people it is everything. It is important to trust what may be your biggest investment to a professional. What people want is someone to help them with the process, someone with experience, knowledge, and professionalism. Someone they can trust.

Real Estate has been part of my life for 30 years. From owning a new home sales training and evaluation company, selling new as well as existing homes to hundreds of clients, I have been fortunate enough to see the joy someone has when they are handed the keys to their dream home.  I have lived in beautiful San Diego county since 1984 and Carlsbad since 1987. In 1986, I obtained my real estate license. In 2008, I decided to go forward with the added education and training needed to obtain my broker's license. I have won many prestigious awards throughout the years but the one I'm most proud of is my 5 star rating agent because this is something my past clients voted on.  Only 5% of San Diego area agents make this rating and I have won several years in a row. I have the experience and knowledge needed in this ever changing business. My favorite business...the business of homes.

This is home. I know this area and market extremely well.  I raised my family here. My children graduated from local schools. Years ago, I founded a literacy program for young children. I am proud to say, this program is now incorporated into all Carlsbad elementary schools.  My daughter is in college at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo pursuing her dream of becoming a veterinarian (yes, we are a family of animal lovers), and I am excitied to say my son will be joining my team later this year.
