     In addition to 15 years as a Realtor,  I have been a successful real estate investor.  A combined 25 years of real estate experience have enriched my understanding of what it takes to create successful relationships and winning transactions.  I aim to keep my clients up to date on trends and opportunities in the marketplace using the latest and best information and technology available. Well informed buyers and sellers make the right decision for themselves.

     No two properties are alike, no two transactions are alike.  The nuances of property values and transaction details are key to getting the best deal during the negotiation process, be it a purchase or a sale.   Answering my client's questions is a key part of my job.
