January 5, 2015 Jason helped us with two transactions: a townhome rental and a large home purchase. At the time, we were relocating to Carmel Valley from overseas, so there were some more logistical elements in securing a rental as we could not engage in many of the steps in person. However, Jason was quite patient and methodical in shepherding the process to enable us to smoothly secure the unit. We note that when we were first contacting various agents, many were uninterested or lukewarm to help in such a “non-cookie cutter” deal; however, Jason undertook our transactions without fanfare, and with a very strong and orderly attention to the process. Therefore, when we were in the market later for a home purchase, we specifically sought out Jason for his assistance again. Once more, his clear sense of professionalism helped make the transaction proceed smoothly, from the negotiations to the final close and handover. We highlight that he focused on what we needed practically - rather than emphasizing a sales angle (which we did not need at the time), his focus for us was on helping navigate a system (which we needed as we were unfamiliar with the system in the US), and in providing a neutral reference background of information so we could assess and understand the procedure and make decisions accordingly.
