Alwyn helped as the go-between as we purchased our home from our previous landlord. He was there to assist our former landlord, but he was exceptional in also clarifying things from us to her and also in answering all of our questions. We live in Salinas, so he is not from this area which is why I listed average for local knowledge. Still, I know he took the time to come and meet with her in person and that shows great kindness, commitment and professionalism. We had agreed that our landlord would pay him a lump sump to help with the negotiations and so I hope she followed through.
