I doubt anyone can find a better agent than Danielle in Orange County. She is without question the best agent I ever worked with. If you are buying a house, save yourself some time and just give her a call. But if you are unsure, here's my lengthy review to help you make your mind:I had previous experience buying a house in the Silicon Valley, where we picked an agent right in the beginning of our search. We changed our strategy when buying our second home in OC. Basically we did our open house homework without an agent for over 6 months to meet as many agents as possible and only then making our decision. We spoke with 100+ agents during this time. We knew them all, the pitches, the pros and cons of each agency, the contracts they would want us to sign, the conditions, you name it. Danielle was by far the best. She was very proactive in personally bringing us great options that would match our needs when we still didn't have her as our agent. Most important, she did that *without* pushing us to commit to her or being annoying in any way. You could easily tell her apart from the other agents since she was the most genuinely interested in finding us the best home for our needs. Usually I did not have time to chat with her on the phone during the day, so I would always send her long emails at night with a list of questions. She always replied to each and every question very fast. She would also call my wife in the mornings to give her more in-depth explanations and answer questions, so we would get the information we needed in the most efficient format. Whenever Danielle did not have the answer, she would persistently chase it, calling everyone that could possibly help, and bringing the answer to us later on. We also felt like Danielle was solely dedicated to us. I don't know how she does that, but even though she had other clients selling/buying houses, we never felt like we were competing for her time. Danielle was also a big fighter for our needs, negotiating house price, repairs, escrow conditions and more. There was an instance we had to leave escrow because of a big issue in a house that was not disclosed on time. During the whole escrow, Danielle worked to keep contingencies because of this issue that we were investigating, and when we finally decided we had to leave escrow, she fought to get us our deposit back. Most agents back off in these cases to get their clients afraid of losing their deposit and close the deal as fast as possible. Not Danielle. She fought for us, got us our deposit back, and helped us move on to the next phase of our home search. A little after that, we found the right home for us. Danielle was a stellar agent at all times.
