I contacted Laurence to represent us as a buyer. I was very disappointed in his lack of knowledge and experience. Probably one of the most uneducated agents I have ever come across. All he cares about is getting the deal done and not about protecting us as the client. He mentioned being a car salesman before, that makes sense. Besides he is also with some company I had never heard of.

Selling our first house and buying our second was a process we were not familiar with, but Laurence made it SIGNIFICANTLY easier. His responsiveness was mostly instantaneous each and every time we contacted him, and he most always had an answer. If he didn’t know (which was rare), he made sure to solve the problem immediately. He never waited to accomplish any task, and he was very thorough with everything he did - from any paperwork, to contacting other realtors for showings and setting dates/times (even confirming beforehand again just to make sure) - the list goes on. He gave us the push we needed to get our home showroom ready, and I could never thank him enough for the immense amount of effort and care he put into each of our transactions. He was amazing at wearing multiple hats when representing us for our purchase and our sale. He advised us the best way possible: with his heart and not his wallet. He was in no way pushy to sell our home or for us to purchase one. He always gave us advice that best fit us and our young family. He has so much even helped us after both deals closed and months afterward with contractors and questions we had about our new home. Laurence does not just receive 5 stars for this review; he has EARNED every star on this review.
