Erika was very kind and professional. But I felt as if she wasn’t very knowledgeable in this field. Because I was a first time home buyer, I had lots of questions and Erika wasn’t the best at explaining something, she gave a lot of in general answers or response. She would just text us a lot and say “please sign thank you.” I had no idea what I’m signing or what these forms even mean. She would just say “it’s something that needs to be done.” Well obviously it needs to be done but what does it say or mean, I never bought a house before. I had to do a lot of my own research. In the end, I am very please she did help us find our home very quickly.
