Bruce handled the selling of my father's home after his passing as well as we could have hoped. He explained everything in detail and told us all of our options. He listened to what we wanted and also gave us his advice when we asked for it. He also went above and beyond to help when we had a minor incident in the home after a painter did not put the hose for the washing machine back properly and we had a flood in our laundry room when we did a load of laundry. The sale of the house had a few issues on the buyers end but Bruce helped us to understand our options and his expectations for the sale.
