Shirley has a Master of Divinity degree from Fuller Theological Seminary (Pasadena, CA.), a BS in Marketing and Business Administration from Mississippi State University.  And she studied within the Master of Mental Health Science & Master of Divinity programs at Mercer University ( Atlanta, Georgia).

Shirley enjoys working with communities in multiple capacities: as a certified coach, trainer, and teacher with the John Maxwell Team.  Join her book club where the community reads books which promote “cultural competence”, and listen to her podcast:  “Shirley Smith Bridge The Gap” where she shares tips on ways to build relationships across cultures.

In addition, she has traveled to over 30 countries, 36 states and lived in 6 different states as she has conducted business, built customer loyalty, and developed the market place in various nations (while working with the Hewlett Packard Co and participating in global missions). Working among various cultures, and multiple ethnicities has always been such an enriching experience. Shirley is honored to serve her clients.
