A Quick Glimpes at What Happens Towards the End of the Year. What Can You do to Buy.

As September came to a close, through one analyst. It showed a decline in sales for the month, mainly due to the high home prices that pushed potential buyers out of the market. This leads buyers to hold off and wait for a decline in home prices. As this cycle goes it will eventually bring home prices down across the Greater Sacramento Area and eventually help those that are in the waiting to come out and purchase again.
Buyers, be on the look out when you think you're priced out of the market don't give up. Just because you have not found the right home at the right price. Sellers are still looking to sell thier homes in the months were most buyers and agents take a break. Keep a look out for those agents like myself that will be there to help you find a great deal with sellers that are ready to make a deal and sell before the holidays come around.
