Summerset, built from 1994-2005, has 4 communities with 26 floor plans.  Brentwood Golf Club’s 27-hole course runs throughout the communities.  (This golf course is public, so dues do NOT support the course’s operation.  With this being the only open golf course in Brentwood; it has been very busy.)  HOA dues range from $95-$155, depending on community.  Each Summerset has tennis/bocce courts, a community center, library, a pool/ hot tubs and normally many classes and activities.  Once a resident of Summerset, you can attend classes/events at other Summerset locations.  Currently, with COVID all activities are halted, except the pool and tennis courts are open.  Here is a link to current re-sale Summerset homes: Click for SUMMERSET Re-Sale Listings

Trilogy Vineyards were first built in 2006, and are nearing their final phase of buildout.  This community is surrounded by grapevines & olive trees, and its hub is the beautiful Club Los Meganos!  This clubhouse has a concierge, restaurant, library, mail services, spas, swimming pools and VIEWS!  Like Summerset, their amenities are also on lockdown due to COVID.  HOA Dues currently are $346/month.  A Trilogy Vineyard re-sale home is a great way to purchase a home, without the wait to have one built.  A re-sale can usually save a buyer both money & frustration.
