To Whom It May Concern, My husband and I were strolling along a quiet street in Olde Town Arvada and we came upon an open-house. We had been thinking about buying a new house for quite some time and were pleasantly surprised by a little home that had just gone on the market. As we approached the front porch, there was a bright, smiling agent near the front door. I mentioned to her how cute the home was and she invited us in for a look.
