Buyer Services

I provide buyer’s with a customized daily search that is emailed to you directly as properties become available. From there you choose the best properties to go out on tour and look at. Once I have a feeling and understanding of what you are looking for and wanting in a home I will go and preview homes for you and choose only the best ones to show you if your schedule does not work to do the showing yourself. Any property you are particularly interested in writing a possible offer, I provide a Comprehensive Market Analysis (CMA). This will show us like, recently sold properties(comps) to help you decide how much to offer. I will also let you know what price I would list the home for if I were selling the home.

I write my offers using CTM contracts this is electronic contracts. I customize my approach for reviewing the contracts together, catering to your lifestyle. Some like to review on the computer over the phone and others still like to have it done in person.

 I have  9.5 years of home buying experience. 12+ years of home repair and remodel managing experience. Including working with numerous investors on fixer-upper homes. I hold a Certified Negations Expert designation (CNE), meaning I have your best interest at heart and the expert skills needed to negotiate on your behalf to get you the best deal.

Sellers Services

I provide sellers with a customized Design to Sell. I will meet with you and review the options you may want for your Specialized Plan to get your home sold in the least amount of time. I offer tips for you to improve the appeal of your home so that it will sell quickly. I provide all sellers with a Comprehensive Market Analysis which explains statistics and analysis of what is happening in the neighborhood in terms of active listings and the sales in the area. I provide open houses if you want them, professional photography, brochures, youtube video, and feedback for each showing. I market to thousands of Realtors across Colorado and provide private showings of your home. HomeSmart has a Facebook page for agents that I post the listing to nationwide. We also have an Elite Group which I am a HomeSmart Elite Agent, I share all my listings there as well! I will do video tours if needed or wanted.
