I’ve been in the business full time since 2000 and have worked all over the metro area including north to Ft Collins, south to Castle Rock and Larkspur, out on the plains and into the mountain resort towns. If I’m in an area or property type that I don’t claim to have expertise, then I will partner and consult with someone who is.

I care about protecting my clients whether they are listing or buying and I negotiate hard. I'll never try and "sell" you a house. I'll help you find the right one, answer all your questions and fight for your best interests along the way. I have years of experience, great knowledge on how to value property, a full understanding of the legal documents, and take pride in making your transaction go smoothly. I love doing my job well and ending up with happy clients and often new friends.

My primary goal is the best interests of my clients. I’m not successful unless they are ultimately satisfied and well represented. I fight for them as hard as I do for myself. I love this city and metro area, I love architecture, and I’ll never tire of visiting homes. My knowledge and passion for numbers, contracts, and trends allow me to do the best possible job and give my clients more information than many other agents.  I am transparent. There are a lot of things the public doesn’t know about how this business works. I like to clear up misconceptions and provide the truth regarding all aspects of it. It’s what I would want if I were on the other end. I am completely hands-on and take care of each client personally. There are moments in every transaction where I know that I’ve added things they would never think of or other agents might miss. But an interesting flip side is if I’m doing my job well, then people seem to think it’s easy. There is a lot of time, stress, and experienced work that goes into it. Many people have real estate licenses. Few do it exceptionally.
