Hi! I’m Lynn Ellen, a residential REALTOR® focused on properties along the Front Range and the resort areas of Summit County....areas that combine a touch of the “old west," supreme mountain beauty and fun.

As a local homeowner and Resort & Second Home Specialist, I’m here to professionally guide you through your next home sale, purchase or investment. Helping people with real estate is not a transaction for me, it’s an opportunity to be part of a family’s real estate journey.  On paper, the house is the focus. But in reality, the process, including the financial, mental and physical requirements, are truly where the work lies. My overall goal is to add value to this process.

Before real estate, I worked as an interior designer for twenty+ years. It’s safe to say, I know houses - inside and out! I’ve worked with architects, contractors, building departments and negotiated hundreds of contracts. My understanding of “style and space” allows me to see the potential in a property and often helps clients broaden their scope of options. My brace and bold negotiation skills, which came from years in the military (go Air Force!) serve stragically when the contracts are in motion.
