I cannot over-emphasize how good of an agent Dave Danek was for me in the home buying process. He promptly returned my calls, texts, and emails, always with good advice and concrete answers. As I faced a number of hurdles, especially with the lender - an area where an agent really shouldn't have to intervene, Dave was quick to react with advice and even acting on my behalf in a couple of cases. At closing we faced yet another issue that threatened to postpone the whole thing, but Dave quickly made a couple of calls to get the situation straightened out, and I was able to close that day.
