Mr Chester made my home buying experience way less stressful than I thought it would be. He explained the whole buyer/agent buying process up front and answered all of my home buying questions in a timely manner and got answers from the sellers that i needed when I needed them. I tend to be very meticulous when it comes to my money and he was honest and straight forward with me throughout the whole transaction. He made the process way easier than I could have ever imagined. With the COVID-19 pandemic going on during the whole process it really was difficult with the local housing market being the way it is but he helped me every step of the way even with these uncertain times. I was sick for nearly all of my house hunting with Chris and he went above and beyond to help me find a house. Due to covid, there were times when i could not go into houses. Chris would video chat me and do a virtual tour of the houses I was interested in and offered excellent, honest feedback about what he saw and if it fit my needs. I ended up having to be hospitalized for a week due to covid. Chris worked with the bank on my behalf to make sure all of my paperwork was correct and on time so I could close on my house after I got healthy. My experience was more than perfect.
