I was born in South America, in the mountains of Peru where I grew up. I came to the United States as a traveler in 1992, and after seeing the spectacular beauty of the Rocky Mountains, decided to make colorful Colorado my home. I became a US citizen in 2010
I have been working in Real Estate since August of 2001. I really enjoyed my first year, and the business came naturally to me. My first deal was to help a group of Christians buy a church in Longmont. The process was very rewarding, and I decided this was what I wanted to do for a profession. I joined Frontier GMAC Real Estate a few months later, and this is where I got the formal training to become a professional. It was a large office with an amazing managing broker who filled everyone with the desire to succeed. It felt like one big family, and I was highly motivated to be one of the top producers in the office.
Later in early 2002, Frontier GMAC was bought by Coldwell Banker. This was a very good year for real estate in Colorado, and I worked hard to make it special. At the end of that year I received the “Rookie of the Year” award for Coldwell Banker for all of the offices in the State of Colorado. This was the beginning of my long and successful career in Real Estate.
Over the past 17 years I have striven to build on my early success by continually upgrading my education and working with the premier Real Estate companies in the Denver area. I have a deep understanding of the local market and how to achieve the best results for my clients. My goal is to use my knowledge and experience to deliver a superior effort towards meeting their needs. I truly enjoy the business, and it shows!
