Welcome

Tom and Deb Idleman have already been a team in marriage for over 37 years.  With over 30 years of experience in the industry, they decided to team up in 2020 to create "The Idleman Group" with HomeSmart Realty Group.

Tom and Deb love spending time with their two son's growing families. They love to hike, kayak and explore beautiful Colorado.

Tom has been a top producer in the Pikes Peak region for many years, experienced with sellers, buyers and investors.  Prior to entering the real estate profession, Tom worked as a contract consultant and manager in the computer industry along the Front Range and Western Slope for over 20 years.

Deb has always had a love working with people and an interest in real estate. Her career in marketing, customer service and public relations provided an excellent background. It made sense to form "The Idleman Group". Prior to that, she served in the U.S. Navy in various stations around the world. As a Veteran, Deb loves working with military families and helping them find their perfect home or piece of land.

The Idleman Group offers full service real estate, at a discounted commision structure, with an emphasis on customer service and satisfaction.  We strive to make each stage of the home buying and selling process as enjoyable and stress-free as possible.

Deb being a Colorado native and Tom's longevity in the state since 1979, The Idleman Group has a love and familiarity with Colorado and is ready to assist with all of your real estate needs.

As a tribute to their beloved dog, Bodhi, who passed away in March 2021 we have created "Bodhi Gifts".  For every closing, we have partnered with the Arbor Day Foundation and plant trees in National Forests around the country in Bodhi's memory.  We also provide monetary donations to our favorite local animal rescues and shelters. Bodhi was an integral part of our real estate business and we want to keep his memory alive while we continue this journey without him by our sides.
