I highly recommend using Haaziq Forney to purchase your home. He recently helped me buy a nice home in a really tough market. Haaziq guided me through the process as I was a first time home buyer. I would like to take the time to summarize a few high points about our experience. - Haaziq was very straightforward about what I had to do in order to buy a home. Even though I did not like the method of purchasing a home in this tough market, he explained to me what I had to do (I still did not like it). - He predicted a price range that the house would sell for. I used my knowledge of homebuilding and his market knowledge and we had a deal on a home in the neighborhood that I wanted. Please note that I was realistic and no deal is perfect.
