There are realtors – hundreds of them in the market – who are very good and then there is a league above that – we call it the “super realtor”! Nir Patel is a “super realtor”. If you are in a need for a super realtor in suburban Chicago area, just call Nir. Working with Nir exceeded all our expectations! She is calm, professional, practical and empathetic. As a first-time homebuyer, we were not familiar with the terminology or the best processes/practices or who to go for various steps in the process. Right away Nir was incredibly friendly and took time to sit down with us to determine what would be a great fit for us.
