After many successful years working in the sales industry as owner-operator of a retail chain and other entrepreneurial ventures, 14 years ago Alan decided he wanted to pursue a new career completely. “I have a very diverse background, and I found that a lot of the skills I had picked up throughout the years;  marketing, sales, purchasing, and customer service,  would make a career as a Realtor a perfect fit. But perhaps most importantly, I was really good at working with people and building relationships. That ability was something that set me  apart in my previous ventures and I’ve definitely been able to leverage that in this business as well.”

 

Alan started his real estate career with Coldwell Banker and was the Rookie of the Year in 2007. “I knew I wanted to go with a trusted brand that offered me all the tools I needed to be successful.” Alan was a Top Producer at the Coldwell Banker office until he decided to make a move over to Baird & Warner and then joined and help build a great Team “This was a fantastic move for me to be part of Baird & Warner’s  # 1 Team. It allowed me to learn to allot of new systems and focus on what I do best, building and maintaining relationships and helping people fulfill their real estate dreams. My ability to build relationships extends beyond just the ones with his clients. “I have a large network of people I work with, all types of service providers, and we’ve really established a strong mutual trust between us. I have built good relationships with many of the other real estate agents  I’ve worked with throughout the years. It’s always easier to do business with people you like. I always have my client's best interest at heart and it’s in their best interest that I haven’t built barriers with other agents.

 

 This business is all about referrals and when you treat everyone you work with how you’d want to be treated, they support you any way they can. I enjoy working with everyone from first time home buyers to longtime investors and luxury buyers and sellers. I quickly understand my buyer's and sellers' circumstances. I like to work with both buyers and sellers. I find it really gives me the perspective of what the current market conditions are for both, a perspective I feel you can only gain when looking at home sales through both lenses.”
