 I love real estate and I think buying and selling real estate can be fun!  I realize my clients don't buy and sell every week and I realize I probably know the process better.  That's why there is never a dumb question here!  I want my clients to have all the information and use me as a resource throughout the entire process so it's a comfortable transaction.  I enjoy building relationships with my clients and getting to know what their goals are. That's the best way I know how to give them great service.  I'm the daughter of a contractor and love seeing a home's potential.  It's great to be able to pass suggestions on to buyers as they look through homes.  We can find something perfect for you, even if that wall needs to come down in the kitchen. I'm very available for my clients.  I DON'T work 9-5, I answer texts, calls and emails when I'm needed.  I also come with a list of specialty trades as a part of my team that will help facilitate the transaction, a renovaton or getting a home ready to sell. That's why I think I'm a great partner to my clients buying and selling.

As of September of 2023, I also opened up TB Development Group, a certified woman-owned business with the Sate of Illinois.  TBDG supplies a number of matertials to clients and large developments including but not limited to concrete, flooring, cabinets, countertops, mulch, soil, stone and metal studs. As your real estate agent, I can get you a great deals on these products!
