Anya specializes in selling properties whose owners are deceased.
If needed, she assists beneficiaries of estates in maintaining the property during the period of time the property is going through probate.
Probate is a court process that includes making sure all legal aspects have been adjudicated. This process could be complicated and lengthy. In the final stages of Probate, the court identifies the rightful beneficiaries.
Note: Homes cannot be sold during the time of that process.
The property should be maintained until the Judge determines the property is ready to be sold.

Varsatile Education and Experience 

Anya is well versed on a surprisingly diverse range of topics, for example, she holds a master’s degree in classical languages and speaks English, Polish and Russian fluently.
She worked as an executive assistant with two Illinois Attorney Generals and for a US Congressman. She also has held many fascinating positions over the past many years.

Anya joined the ranks of professional real estate brokers in 2003 unexpectedly.
Prompted by the need to save her husband booming business upon his sudden death.
Never did she expect to have such an overwhelming response from clients who she has earned a reputation by word-of-mouth of her exceptional services. She has become well known in the industry.
She particularly enjoys the opportunity of sharing her knowledge and experience with her clients, thus often helping them far beyond her professional responsibilities.
