ABOUT ME:

 


I have been passionate about real estate and entrepreneurship most of my life. As a child, I would watch my father and grandfather restore and build homes, and I enjoyed helping my grandfather with his business ventures. As an adult, I've come to believe every home and person has a beautiful story to tell. I still get excited about every opportunity to serve my clients. And, I still embrace the entrepreneurial spirit within.

 

My sales career began in 1998 in the wireless industry, and has carried on ever since. I was quickly recognized as a top producer, and promoted to regional sales manager for my outstanding results, work ethic, and team building ability. When it comes to real estate, my diverse background benefits my clients greatly. I've worked as a leading loan officer where I assisted my clients with the purchase or refinance of their home. In 2012, I began my longtime dream in real estate as a salesperson, assisting people with the sale or purchase of their home. My eye for design, and love for interior design and staging, along with my ability to teach, helps my buyer clients imagine possibilities they may not otherwise see. And, helps my seller clients position their home to sell for 7-10% more money than un-staged homes. Since 2017, I have been working as a real estate investor alongside my dear husband. The knowledge we have of how to purchase distressed homes, prepare budgets, oversee projects, manage contractors, and rehabilitate and sell restored homes, gives my clients an advantage in the purchase or sale of their own home. 

 


As an agent, I look for every opportunity to use my experience to best serve my clients. I take time to listen to my client’s wants and needs, in order to achieve the best outcome. I strive to ensure the buying or selling process is fun, free of unnecessary stress, and as simple as possible. I treat my clients like family, with care and patience, and make it a point to always negotiate on their behalf, as if it was my very own property of interest.

 


In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, two daughters, and our dogs by the lake. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending church, volunteering, kayaking at our lake home, exploring historical homes and communities, watching sunsets and stars, exercising, shopping antique stores, yard sale hopping, reading, writing, studying, the outdoors, and going on adventures.
