As a "Battle Born" in Las Vegas but "Grown in Idaho" girl, a piece of Sharyn's heart resides in each state.  She credits her city roots for the stand-up, speak out and get tough when needed attitude….which by the way, comes in very handy when it comes to negotiating.(wink,wink)  On the other hand, she accredits her down to earth likeability, work ethics, determination, genuine love of people, outdoors and adventure to that mountain life upbringing.  Growing up in a family of 10 taught her how to work hard, organize, be a leader and get along with many different personality types…(at the same time!) which also comes in handy dealing with all the players involved in a transaction.  It also taught her how to be frugal and conscientious of expenses which translates into watching out for her clients' fees, investments and bottom line, sometimes even more than they do for themselves! Sharyn has her buyers and sellers best interest in mind….every time!

 Sharyn's love of Las Vegas and all it's opportunities brought her back to the desert where she raised her family and has resided for the last 20 years.  There is so much that this city has to offer and many places to "play" close by.  She loves the people here, the history and the opportunities.  Sharyn is always excited to share her passion with those that are new to Southern Nevada!
