Here is what I can do for you…
I do not negotiate or fill out Listing Agreements, Buyer/Broker Agreements, Purchase Agreements, Counter Offers, Amendment/Addendums, ORW, Lead Based Paint Addendums or Disclosures of any kind.
I keep office hours of 8:00AM-5:00PM, Monday-Friday, but can usually be
available after hours or on weekends if needed. Just call or text me if
something comes up that can’t wait!
My fees are structured on a sliding scale based on the Purchase Price of
your transaction, but just like you and your commission…If the deal fails
and you don’t get paid – neither do I!!
