Erika’s love for the beach and her North Carolina home life led her to a career in Real Estate. Erika is a Fitness Specialist and has been a fitness professional for 27 years.  She is a hardworking professional who has helped hundreds of clients reach their goals as a Personal Trainer. Erika’s love for helping people achieve their goals has trickled over into her love for Real Estate and helping her clients realize their Real Estate dreams. Erika has always put her clients’ needs first and her calm, professional disposition always puts them at ease while she gets the job done.  Erika has a passion for animals and is involved in many forms of animal rescue. She is also an avid jet skier who spends most of her free time on her jet ski riding with her husband Javier Otero, on the Intercoastal waterways.
