The sale went as well as you could hope. During the buying process, she was patient while we searched for the right home. Quite often, Marianne was in agreement that many of the homes were not right for our family. At no point did she ever pressure a sale. Again, once we found the home we wanted, the process was seamless and all details were thoroughly covered.

And I love the electric signature - any documents that needed signed, I could do it from work and we didn't have to figure out times to meet! Then sold the house in one day!
