They are absolutely genuine and caring people. A really unfortunate event happened that caused us to pull our offer. They were really understanding and tried to make everything work to the best of their abilities. They are exactly what you should look for in real estate agents. This was our first time home buying experience and they helped us by answering every question we had and even making videos explaining all the monotonous paperwork. They even met with us during a pandemic and made sure we were comfortable with everything. I highly recommend them.
