Welcome
Julie LeBlanc brings more than a decade of real estate acumen to her role in the Real Estate community.
LeBlanc moves mountains for her clients, serving as a vital resource beyond the transaction. She has a robust referral network to assist her clients in all aspects of their big transition, such as dog care, transportation and moving services.
She recently worked with a repeat client to sell his late son’s home. It took almost 18 months to list the property and the transaction was very emotional for all. LeBlanc was always on the clock, from guiding her client through the probate process, to volunteering her son to help them move.
They successfully sold the home shortly after listing and the transaction went smoothly. LeBlanc is now helping the family purchase a rental property to generate a second stream of income.
“As a real estate advisor, we are not just there to sell the house. We are there to guide and sort emotions. I do this job because I love helping people,” says LeBlanc.
Prior to starting her career in real estate in 2012, LeBlanc worked as a dockhand and launch driver at Norton’s Marina in East Greenwich. She operated private sailing charters out of Newport, as well as worked at various sales and customer service jobs. LeBlanc also ran a computer service business with her late husband since 1992.
LeBlanc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications from the University of Rhode Island. She is a member of the Kent Washington Association of Realtors and holds the Real Estate Negotiations Expert (RENE) and Senior’s Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations.
