As a prior Realtor myself (10 years in Ohio*), I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. The Flores Real Estate Group stood out as the best that Greater San Antonio has to offer: their organic rankings are excellent (meaning people find listings easily), their social media presence was strong, and I could tell they put a lot of work into their listings. We spoke with Rudy and Esmi at our home. We were concerned that our timeline in a neighborhood with multiple very similar homes would be a tough sell. When we saw our listing we were blown away! The first buyer that saw the property put in an offer. Our house went under contract in less than 1 day after we put it on the market just at the original asking price. I was referred to Rudy by a friend and I can surely see why. The property that was for sale was out of the county by about 2 hours. Rudy did some research and made a suggestion of a starting price. We really thought it was too high but followed his instincts. Rudy and his team drove out the 2 hours to place the sign and look at the property. Turns out someone had already fenced in the acreage and claimed it as theirs per their realtor. The owner called Rudy immediately demanding he remove the sign. Rudy handled the situation very quickly and professionally letting her know we had just had the property surveyed not long before. Had he not been the courteous and professional realtor he was this could have delayed our sale and gotten really ugly. Rudy always kept us in the loop as to where we stood and what offers came in. The property sold within just a couple of days and closed within a couple of weeks. The title company he recommends was wonderful as well. Overall just a great experience!
