Thank you for your interest in partnering with me for your real estate transaction! I am a lifelong Bellingham resident with deep knowledge, and affection, for all things Whatcom and Skagit Counties. From the lesser-known San Juan Islands all the way to Diablo Lake, I am so grateful to live and work in this unparalleled, borderline magical corner of the world.

I have extensive experience in real estate, from managing and overseeing multimillion dollar assets all up and down the I5 corridor to single family real estate transactions. I currently work for a large real estate development company but thankfully have bandwidth to serve a small number of clients at a time. It would be my privilege to work with you and provide the personalized and attentive service that working with only a few clients at a time allows.

Some general highlights regarding my professional experience and career:

- I have managed the purchase or sale for numerous large, high profile apartment communities totaling approximately $1B in asset value in just the past three years. I treat the purchase or sale of your single-family home with the same care and consideration as I do the 200-unit, $75 million dollar assets I've worked on transacting

- Due to my experience with the above, as well as ongoing oversight of assets under management, I am adept at and thoroughly enjoy helping clients acquire investment properties

- Extensive experience with condos and HOAs

- Practicing real estate since 2016

- Undergraduate degree in Hospitality Business Management and Master's in Business Administration

Making a difference:

Apart from wanting to help a real estate transaction go as favorably for my clients as possible, I strongly believe in leaving a community better than we find it, and in making a difference from the moment we arrive. As such I donate half of every transaction directly to alleviating homelessness in our community.
